(1) Within three months of the end of each financial year, the foundation shall submit the annual report of its activities completed during the year to the Government of Nepal.
(2) In addition to other things, in the report according to sub-section (1), a brief description of the work done by the establishment throughout the year and the achievements of the establishment should be mentioned.
